U.S. and Canada Shipping: Orders within the U.S. and Canada typically arrive within 5-15 business days, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
Europe and International Shipping: For orders outside of the U.S. and Canada, delivery times vary. European orders generally take 1-3 weeks, depending on your location and local postal services.

We have a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, and once our team reviews and approves your return request, we will process the refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As noted above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
